1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ase67" refers to the online gaming platform operating at https://ase67.io, including all its services, games, features, and associated payment facilities.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses ase67 in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on ase67 following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's ase67 Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds (distinguished separately within the Account interface).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives granted to a Player by ase67, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by ase67 before processing withdrawals or as required during account review.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency in which all ase67 financial transactions are denominated.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to ase67 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of the jurisdiction from which they access the platform. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. ase67 reserves the right to request government-issued identification — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any stage to verify compliance with this requirement. Accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily verified will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings accrued during the suspension period may be withheld until verification is complete.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active ase67 Account. Duplicate accounts — identified by matching name, national ID number, mobile phone number, email address, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — are a breach of these Terms. ase67 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all accounts associated with that individual will be closed, all Bonus Funds will be voided, and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds across duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Real-money deposits in duplicate accounts will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to investigation.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your ase67 Account. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. If ase67 discovers that materially false information was provided at registration — including a false date of birth, false name, or use of another person's identity — your Account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited. ase67 cooperates with law enforcement agencies where identity fraud is suspected.

2.4 Residency

ase67 operates primarily for players in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ase67 complies with the laws applicable in your location. ase67 makes no representation that the use of its platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Players who access the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and acknowledge that ase67 bears no liability for any legal consequences arising from such access.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ase67 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, permit any third party to use your Account, or use any third party's Account. ase67 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account, which is available via Account Settings. ase67 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your ase67 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ase67 Support immediately via live chat or by email to [email protected]. ase67 will investigate the report and take appropriate action, which may include temporary suspension of the Account pending investigation. ase67 reserves the right to withhold funds from an Account under investigation for suspected unauthorised access until the investigation is complete.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

ase67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to where: (a) the Account holder has breached these Terms; (b) ase67 has reason to believe fraudulent activity has occurred; (c) the Account holder has requested self-exclusion; or (d) ase67 is required to do so by law or regulatory guidance. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining will be returned to the Account holder via the original payment method.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

ase67 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 4.2 Deposit Processing

Bank transfer deposits may take up to two hours depending on the originating bank's processing times. ase67 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems. 4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility and Processing

Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission during standard operating hours (BST). ase67 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or investigations into suspected fraudulent activity. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ase67 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. ase67 may request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited into a Player's Account at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities. ase67 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh and cooperating jurisdictions without prior notice to the Account holder.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other incentive programmes offered by ase67 are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail only with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any portion of those funds — or winnings derived from Bonus Funds — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus will be stated on the promotion page or in the offer communication. As a general guideline, ase67 deposit match bonuses carry a 30x wagering requirement unless otherwise stated. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire 30 days after the date on which the bonus was credited, unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific bonus terms. Upon expiry, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings will be removed from your Account without further notice. It is the Player's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates via the Account Bonus section.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

ase67 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, exploiting promotional offers in a manner not intended by their design, and colluding with other players to exploit bonus structures. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, ase67 will void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may close the Account and withhold any remaining real-money balance pending investigation.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Availability and RTP

6.3 Void Bets and Technical Errors

ase67 reserves the right to declare any bet or wager void if: (a) a technical error in the platform resulted in an incorrect price or payout calculation; (b) the bet was placed using Bonus Funds that were erroneously credited; or (c) the outcome of a sporting event on which the bet was placed is subsequently reversed by the governing body. In the event that a void bet has already been paid out, ase67 reserves the right to recover the incorrectly paid amount from the Player's Account balance.

6.4 Sports Betting — Cricket and Other Markets

Sports betting markets on ase67 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, football, kabaddi, and hockey — are subject to the specific rules of each sport and event type as published in the ase67 sportsbook. Live in-play betting is subject to brief delays; ase67 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time for risk management or data integrity reasons. Settlement of winning bets will occur as soon as reasonably practicable following confirmation of the official result.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ase67 and will result in Account suspension, permanent closure, and possible forfeiture of balances:

• Creating or using more than one ase67 Account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC or verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI agents, or any technological means to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, including in live dealer games, poker, or any game where Player interactions may affect outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing errors to generate artificial winnings.

• Placing bets or wagers with funds that originate from criminal activity.

ase67 reserves the right to report any suspected criminal activity — including fraud, money laundering, and match-fixing — to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh without prior notice to the Account holder.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ase67 platform — including but not limited to its software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game assets, and database structures — is the exclusive property of ase67 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use ase67 for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit any content from the ase67 platform without the express prior written consent of ase67. Game assets provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of those studios and are subject to their respective licensing terms.

• Losses resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of Account credentials.
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or promotional information that result from third-party data or software faults, where ase67 takes reasonable and prompt action to correct such errors upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ase67's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Amendments and Termination

12.1 Amendments to Terms

ase67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ase67 will provide Players with reasonable advance notice via email or an in-platform notification. The effective date of the updated Terms will be clearly stated at the top of the Terms & Conditions page. Your continued use of ase67 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

12.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your ase67 Account at any time by contacting Support via live chat or email. Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, provided that all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigation is in progress.

12.3 Termination by ase67

ase67 may terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in Prohibited Conduct, or if ase67 determines that continued operation of your Account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Players. In such cases, ase67 may withhold balances pending the outcome of an investigation.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including disputes concerning their validity, interpretation, performance, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ase67 Support. ase67 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute or complaint promptly, typically within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint submitted to [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies available under Bangladeshi law.
